We offer returns and exchanges for store credit only.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Customers must initiate the return or exchange process within 14 days of receiving the product.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging cushions.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at admin@lukehavekesdesign.com. They will provide instructions on how to proceed.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Once the return is approved, store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping fees.
If a cushion is received in a defective or damaged condition, customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs, after verification.
If an incorrect item is shipped, we will cover the cost of return shipping and replace it with the correct item at no additional cost to the customer.
